1.0 Voit Ventures Privacy Policy v 1.01

Voit Ventures values privacy of personal information. The personal information we collect is solely for our own business operations and to communicate with customers. We do not sell data or provide information to third parties for marketing purposes.

1.1 Email

Voit Ventures LLC uses email to respond to client requests and send reasonable automated communications to customers (invoices, notice of overdue payment, etc). Clients may request to change their email address at any time by emailing or calling Voit Ventures LLC (info@voitventures.com or 206.385.7890). Clients may request to remove all email addresses upon termination of service with Voit Ventures LLC.

1.2 Calling, SMS, MMS

Voit Ventures LLC uses Calling/SMS/MMS to respond to clients in a "regular" back and fourth fashion to address their requests. Clients begin conversations with our company, and all SMS messages are opted into. We respond from our company phone number (206.385.7890).

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in response to a message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1-4 messages in response to texted requests. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
